Reflexology–Rest In Peace–In a Good Way

Sometimes, it is hard to rest. There are so many distractions and interfering moments. Even in the daylight,  we need to rest so we can begin again. Reflexology is a refreshing break to re-group. It is amazing how revitalizing a thirty minute session can be–peaceful, calm, and healthy. Why delay?

Reflexology In the Morning?

Although most of my reflexology sessions are done in the afternoon, morning sessions are grand. I, personally, work on my own feet after my shower. I specifically do the reflexes to my brain, pituitary, adrenals and lately, my sinuses.

A morning session prepares you in a” good for you way.” It can be a boost, as well as relaxing. Anytime is a good time to bust stress and relax.

When is the best time for you? I do both morning and afternoon appointments in my space at Sunflower Health Food. Saturday appointments are sometimes available. Don’t delay. You will be glad.

Reflexology Is A Journey

After a few sessions, clients often note a shift into easier relaxation. It becomes a journey of mind, heart and soul that we get to share. Healing becomes a possibility.

Breaking stress patterns can open one  up to clearer thinking and hope. The bog of stress is hostile and draining. Reflexology is a physical way to help restore for more!!

Arthritis and Reflexology Support

Arthritis can be a painful and crippling disease caused by inflammation of the joints. Studies in China in 1996 suggest that reflexology had  a beneficial effect for 91-95 percent of those suffering from arthritis.

As a relaxation technique, all reflexology points are manipulated, but the adrenal glands, kidneys and solar plexus as well as the area of the joints themselves may be tender (knees, hips, ect). Using gentle pressure to the reflex  may bring relief.

I love to see the way reflexology helps people. Relaxing can be part of any healing plan.

My Head Hurts!!

How can reflexology help a headache? Reflexology does not treat for a specific health problem, but it sure can support it. RELAXING when you have a headache is a plus for relief. There are many causes for a headache. The great toes are the first line of relief, followed by all the toes and the ridge under the toes.

The awesome relaxation of a total session will often send a headache scooting, replaced with rest and a sense of well-being. Fight it with kindness, no, call me. It is what I do!!
