I have had allergies since I was born. I had years of croup as a small child, so everything has pretty much been tried. I took Allegra for years, but started breaking through with ear infections and sinusitis. Now, I rub my sinus reflexes and just started adding eucalyptus or even Vicks Salve. Essential oils are sold at Sunflower Health. As the pollens get worse, I also take Sinus Clear, a mix of herbs, also from Sunflower. I put local honey in my coffee each morning and sometimes a dollap on my waffle or oatmeal.
